We’ve taken the same proprietary algorithm and analytical process we use to help originators in MBS markets and applied it make forecasts on rates with typical borrower closing windows.

Here’s how it works….

STEP 1— Set Borrower’s Loan Parameters

There are four quick parameters that determine what kind of infographic is created by TrueCast Outlook. Simply set the following for each borrower scenario…

The LOAN TERM (15yr or 30yr)
The FORECAST TERM (7, 30, or 60 days)
The Anticipated Loan Amount
Your Current Interest Rates*
(*National average interest rate is set by default)

STEP 2 —Preview The Outlook Infographic

The TrueCast Algorithm will calculate future rates and their impact on the loan parameters on your behalf. It will also produce some text recommendations that help the borrower understand what actions are recommended today.

Simply try out a couple of different settings and timeframes and find the scenario that will be most compelling to your borrower’s Buying Power forecast. If the borrowers are in the office with you, this is a great way to quickly run through different closing scenarios with them.

STEP 3 — Personalize Your Message and Share via Email

You can set defaults for all branding elements of your TrueCast Outlook messages including, your headshot, company logo, contact info and default email copy.

Then you can share a TrueCast Outlook Report simply by entering in your borrower’s Name and Email address, and personalizing your message if needed.
